“Researcher of the Year 2007″ award ceremony was held by National Institute of Science and Technology Policy of Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Monbukagakusho) at their premises in Kasumigaseki, Tokyo, Japan, today. This ceremony was attended by the Minister Kisaburo Tokai, Vice Minister Kenshiro Matsunami and other Monbukagakusho officials.
